葛洪《抱朴子內篇》之「精氣神」論及其養生價值

提要: 葛洪《抱朴子內篇》認為,「精氣神」三者緊密聯繫,「精」、「氣」是構成形體的基本元素,而形體需要依靠「神」才能存在,「神」是人身體的主宰。「精氣神」保養是修道的關鍵,可以通過寶精、行炁和思神守一等工夫來煉養和固守「精氣神」。葛洪的「精氣神」論對後世道教內丹學中相關理論起到了重要作用,對當代養生學亦有重要參考價值。

Abstract: Ge Hong’s Baopuzi Neipian holds that jing (essence), qi (vital energy), and shen (spirit) are intimately interconnected: jing and qi constitute the basic elements of the physical body, while the body depends upon shen for its existence, with shen serving as the master of the human body. The preservation of jing-qi-shen is the key to cultivating the Dao, achievable through such practices as treasuring essence (baojing), circulating vital energy (xingqi), and concentrating the spirit in oneness (sishen shouyi). Ge Hong’s theory of jing-qi-shen played a significant role in the subsequent development of Daoist neidan (inner alchemy) theory and holds important reference value for contemporary health cultivation.
